About Ctrl Alt, a tokenisation company: legal entities, licences and leadership

Ctrl Alt is a tokenisation company (US spelling: tokenization) launched in 2022 by Matt Ong and headquartered in London, an infrastructure group operating through four regulated entities: Ctrl Alt Ltd (FCA FRN 1045023), Ctrl Alt Technologies Limited (Central Bank of Ireland C571300), Ctrl Alt Corporate Services Limited (GFSC 3085959) and its Dubai entity (VARA VL/25/05/002).

United Kingdom: Don't invest unless you're prepared to lose all the money you invest. This is a high-risk investment and you are unlikely to be protected if something goes wrong.

Dubai (VARA): Virtual Assets may lose their value in full or in part, and are subject to extreme volatility. The owner or investor in a Virtual Asset can lose all the money or other value they invest, and does not benefit from any form of financial protection.

Our services can only be used by professional or institutional investors. When investing, your capital is at risk. The value of an investment may go down as well as up and past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

Legal entities and licences

Ctrl Alt works through four regulated entities, one in each jurisdiction where it holds a licence. Each row gives the company number, the status in the regulator's own words, the reference in the regulator's format and a link to the public register, so that every line can be checked without asking us.
