Our services can only be used by professional or institutional investors. The information on this website is not directed at or intended to be used by retail clients.
Two entities state their audience more narrowly:
- Products and services of Ctrl Alt Technologies Limited are intended only for eligible counterparties and professional clients as defined under applicable MiFID legislation.
- The Dubai entity is licensed by Dubai's Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VASP Licence VL/25/05/002) to serve Qualified and Institutional Investors only.
The site is not directed at any person in a place where publishing or using it would be against local law or regulation. If you are not in one of the client categories above, do not rely on the site for any decision.

Ctrl Alt does not provide investment advice or recommendations. Everything on the site is for information only.
Nothing on the site is an offer or an invitation to buy or sell an investment or a virtual asset. An offer is made only through the documents of the entity that provides the service, and only to clients who are eligible for it.

Each regulated service is provided by one named entity under its own client agreement, not under these website terms.

Intellectual property. The text, design and marks on the site belong to Ctrl Alt or its licensors and may not be reused without permission. This concept shows a text wordmark in place of the official logo.
Governing law. The law that governs these terms, and the courts that hear disputes about them, are set out in the firm's current terms and are not restated in this draft. The Dubai entity also publishes Website Terms of Use as a PDF on the live site, which was not opened for this draft.
